Ravi provided superior level of intellect as well as work ethic. His ability to manage and resolve complex problems independently and then use this experience as a teaching experience with his peers was indespensable. This experience only enhanced his abilities as a Project Manager. In the PM role his attention to detail ensured that projects were executed and tracked properly as well as completed on time. I would count myself fortunate to be able to work with Ravi as a Project manager again.

His understanding of his domain, especially Agile and Scrum & the ease with which he communicates makes work a lot easier. He carry's very strong positive energy and passion around him, an out of the Box thinker, who is always ready for Challenges and is capable to turn around the game.
